You can give your baby acetaminophen for treating aches and fevers. If your baby is less than 3 months old, you should consult the doctor before you start any kind of medication. You should never give your baby aspirin.
This is a drug which can trigger a fatal disease called Reye's syndrome in the babies. If your baby is infected by measles viruses and still not been immunized you should consult the doctor as early as possible.
