Changing the eating habits according to tastes during this time is quite common and if they are non fibrous, constipation is inevitable. General tiredness and fatigue resulting from the growth of the baby’s size in the womb, also leads to slow bowel movements.

Constipation has a strong tendency to couple up with haemorrhoids. Straining makes it quite painful.
