Estrogen hormone is used to treat such problems occurred during the post .menopause session. Sometimes progestin is also injected along with estrogen to fight such problems. Hormone therapy has its own benefits and risks as well. The best way to evade the side effects of hormone is to use it at the lowest possible amount and for the shortest possible duration. Menopause and Hormones are related in a way that during the post menopause period, the women are no more capable of bearing a child.

Menopause can bring with it irregular menstrual period, hot flushes or feeling heat in the neck, face and chest. Along with these problems some people also suffer from sleeping disorder and sweat during night. The person can frequently feel stressed and tensed after menopause. During this time the vagina often become thin and dry. Bone becomes porous and fragile.

In most of the cases such problems disappear soon. But in some other cases problem persists and the patient needs to undergo rigorous treatment procedure to fight it. In this case estrogen alone or estrogen along with progestin is injected to the body of the patient.
It has been observed that hormone therapy is the most effective FDA approved treatment for fighting the complications due to menopause. Hormone treatments even help fighting osteoporosis among the women going through their post menopause session.
