Keeping in mind some other factors will definitely ease out the process of availing fertility treatments.

The fertility drugs are the first option of fertility treatments which you can consider after consulting with your doctor. The fertility treatments are often considered the first treatment for women suffering form irregular ovulation or even aren't ovulating at all. They work in much the same way as the body's own hormones thus triggering ovaries for releasing eggs. However, it needs to be kept in mind that this kind of ovulation initiation can sometime give way to conception after a few months without further interference. Some of the possible side effects of fertility drugs include premenstrual symptoms such as nausea, headaches and weight gain. The fertility drugs are also used as a part of more complicated reproduction treatments, such as in vitro fertilization and intrauterine insemination.

The Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is one of the fertility treatments and is also known artificial insemination. This involves sperm insertion into womb during ovulation time by using catheter which is a very fine needle or probe. This is basically considered for treating inexplicable infertility, untimely ejaculation, and erection troubles. Success rate comprises of ten to 15 per cent per cycle.

In vitro fertilization (IVF), the egg and sperm is collected and then fertilized in a laboratory. This results in embryo formation which is then transferred to the womb. The remaining embryos are suitable for freezing and can be stored for use in future. The sperm and/or eggs used may be the couple's own or donated. Couples resorting to this particular treatment generally suffer from unexplained infertility, blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis, PCOS.

The Intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) comprises of a single sperm being injected into the cytoplasm or center of a single egg. It is then transferred to the womb. This provides a major help for treating male factor infertility. The Gamete intra fallopian transfer (GIFT) is also quite similar to the previous process with a slight difference. Here the sperm and eggs are not mixed but are immediately transferred to one of the woman's fallopian tubes for fertilization to take place. Sperm extraction and Embryo freezing are other ways which might be availed if you wish to.
