Flatulence affects most of the pregnant women.
Causes of Flatulence:

Flatulence is caused due to the organic change of the undigested food in the large intestine by some of the bacterias.
The process of digestion also takes a longer time during pregnancy that allows the bacterias to produce the organic change in the undigested food present in the large intestine, causing flatulence.
